1:1 training is the most effective form of training

With this most efficient form of support, you can expect maximum success, as we can place our entire focus on you and your individual wishes, barriers and needs. You are seen as an individual and your problems and concerns are recognized. We want to work with the situation YOU are in and we DON’T want to give a standardized cookie cutter program. We want to build YOUR plan to support YOUR changes so that you reach YOUR goals.
On a new path towards one of these bigger changes, you need someone who has a lot of know how as well as experience and who is there to support you with advice and motivation in difficult situations. Such a person needs many years of experience and a lot of practical knowledge in this area. Unfortunately, there are often people who want to sell you a shortcut or a quick fix, but there are usually only 1 or 2 really good options that you can choose and that suit you on a long journey to your fitness destination. Above all, there are no shortcuts or one size fits all programs on these sometimes difficult or longer paths. But we want to be the guide at your side to help you find your way to YOUR goals.
Achieving a change or a bigger goal requires work, planning, sweat, sometimes worry and, above all, support as well as the right equipment and know-how and we want to give you what you need for your journey. We will be your guide!!

Additionally, we support you with your nutritional changes, provide targeted assistance during rehabilitation after injuries or when returning to sports, and offer psychological support and other services (such as physiotherapy and metabolic disorders) through our partnerships.
