War es anfangs noch der ber\u00fcchtigte Schweinehund den ich jedes Mal \u00fcberwinden musste, ist es heute schon fast zu einer Sucht geworden. Ohne die zwei Trainingseinheiten pro Woche f\u00fchle ich mich richtig leer und ich h\u00e4tte nie gedacht, dass ein Training morgens fr\u00fch um 7 Uhr auf der Neckarwiese mir so einen Energieschub f\u00fcr den ganzen Tag gibt. Dadurch, dass die \u00dcbungen meistens auf Zeit gemacht werden kann jeder sein eigenes Tempo und seine eigene Intensit\u00e4t w\u00e4hlen. Trotzdem wird man nat\u00fcrlich von den Trainern umfassend motiviert und bei den \u00dcbungen betreut. Ich gebe immer mein Bestes. Es werden alle Muskelbereiche angesprochen, Muskelkater auch an Stellen, an denen man gar keine Muskeln vermutet.\u00a0<\/em><em>OC macht in der Gruppe auch sehr viel Spa\u00df. Oben angekommen sah ich meistens aus als h\u00e4tte ich gerade einen 8000er bestiegen. Und das trotz 2x w\u00f6chentlich Fitness-Studio. Seit letzter Woche (nach 5x OutdoorCircuit) sprinte ich die Treppen ganz geschmeidig hoch und brauche hinterher KEIN Sauerstoffzelt. Ich konnte es selbst kaum glauben, aber es ist wirklich so!! Sehr genial!!
