Ganz anders als im muffigen Fitnessstudio.<\/li>\n<li>Au\u00dferdem kann Dein K\u00f6rper ordentlich Sonne tanken, was Dich anschlie\u00dfend mit ausreichend Vitamin D versorgt und so M\u00fcdigkeit vorbeugen kann.<\/li>\n<li>Und wenn die Sonne mal weniger scheint und es vielleicht sogar regnet? Na daf\u00fcr gibt\u2019s ja eine Regenjacke! \ud83d\ude09 So kannst Du Dein Immunsystem abh\u00e4rten und bist in der kalten Jahreszeit seltener krank.<\/li>\n<li>Die gute Laune, die Du nach einem Workout an der frischen Luft haben wirst, sollte nat\u00fcrlich auch erw\u00e4hnt werden!<\/li>\n<li>Das Zirkeltraining mit knackigen Intervallen bringt Deinen Stoffwechsel ordentlich auf Trab und f\u00f6rdert die Fettverbrennung. Durch Kraft\u00fcbungen baust Du Muskeln auf und kannst Deinen Grundumsatz langfristig steigern, wodurch Dir das Abnehmen und vor allem das Halten des Gewichts leichter fallen wird und Dein K\u00f6rper straffer und leistungsf\u00e4higer wird.<\/li>\n<li>Ganz nebenbei lernst Du viele tolle Leute kennen, denn durch das Training in kleinen Gruppen kennen sich unsere Mitglieder untereinander und werden so zum Team.
